There's a page on the Club Penguin web site that promotes the new game and it also shows a very short video with highlights. There aren't many details available other than it will involve a new set of Card-Jitsu cards to buy and collect as well as a new version
of the Card-Jitsu game. It looks like from the video that you'll need to become a ninja before you can play the new version of the game and that there will be a new room created for the game at the Volcano.
